Today’s hack is inspired by the beautiful Fond sweatshirt of Rachel Comey. It involves very few changes to the pattern (using a sweater knit, lengthening the sleeves, adding a sleeve cuff, and leaving the hem raw). The final garment is a fun and unique sweatshirt!

I have some tutorials for the Tyra Tee's hacks planned for the coming weeks, but first, I wanted to share the fantastic versions sewn by the testers. Seeing them helps give you an idea of what the patterns will look like on different bodies, and I'm incredibly grateful for the work and support of the members of my testing group.

Inspiration posts are among my favorite ones to write. Still, in the Tyra tee case, the hashtag on Instagram already has so many inspiring and fun versions that this post almost felt unnecessary. I decided to write it anyway because RTW inspiration truly reflects why I started sewing.

There have been a lot of changes around here in the recent months, so I’m particularly happy to be able to bring you a new pattern, the Tyra Tee!
